KVKK — Protection of Personal Data

1. Introduction and Purpose

As Vante Mühendislik Yazılım İthalat İhracat ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, we attach the utmost importance to protecting the personal data of our customers, employees, visitors and business partners. This policy has been prepared under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK — Turkish Data Protection Law).

3. Personal Data Processed

Identity information (first name, last name), contact information (email, phone, address), company and tax information, purchase history and order information, system usage data (IP address, browser information, session information).

4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Management of membership and order processes, customer service and support processes, fulfilment of legal obligations, ensuring platform security, and commercial communication (within the scope of explicit consent).

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to authorised public institutions due to legal obligations, to PayTR for payment infrastructure, and to courier companies for logistics processes. These transfers are carried out within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

6. Retention of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained throughout the statutory retention periods. Data within the scope of the membership agreement is kept for 10 years following the termination of the agreement, and commercial transaction records are kept in accordance with the relevant legislation.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; learn about domestic or international transfers; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its deletion or destruction; object; and demand compensation for any damages incurred.
